Important Information

• This service replaces the analog stick module only. Cosmetic wear and unrelated controller issues are not included.
• 3rd Party controller analog modules are ordered upon purchase and these are usually shipped from China so service may take up to 3 weeks depending when modules are received 
  
• Controllers with liquid damage, severe PCB damage, or other unrelated hardware failures may require additional repairs.
• If additional issues are found during inspection, we'll contact you before any extra work is performed.

Warranty does not cover: accidental or physical damage, liquid damage, customer modifications, normal wear and tear, smoker's smoke build up/tar damage or issues unrelated to the service performed.
