Shipping Policy

Shipping Overview

At Pre Patch Labs, we strive to process and ship all orders as quickly and safely as possible. Shipping times may vary depending on product availability, service requirements, and order volume.

Customers will receive tracking information once an order has been processed and shipped.


Product Orders

Processing Times

Most in-stock products are processed within 2-5 business days after payment is received.

Orders containing custom modifications or made-to-order services may require additional processing time. Estimated completion times will be listed in the individual product description.

Processing times do not include shipping transit time.


Shipping Methods

Shipping rates and available shipping options are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and destination.

Pre Patch Labs is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside of our control.


Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information through the email address provided during checkout.

Please allow up to 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after your package has been accepted by the carrier.


Mail-In Repair and Modification Services

Sending Your Controller to Pre Patch Labs

For mail-in services, customers are responsible for safely packaging and shipping their controller to:

Customers must also include inside the box  with controller and packaging 

  1. Your order number

  2. Your full name

  3. Your email address

  4. A brief description of the issue (optional, but helpful)

  5. A return address for proper shipping back

  6. If this is a 3rd party controller please send usb cable that it came with

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping their controller to Pre Patch Labs.

We recommend using a shipping method that includes tracking and insurance, as Pre Patch Labs is not responsible for controllers lost or damaged during customer-arranged shipping.


Return Shipping

Once your repair or modification service is completed, Pre Patch Labs will ship the controller back using the shipping method selected during checkout.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

A tracking number will be provided once the completed service has shipped.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges required to resend the order.


Lost or Damaged Packages

Pre Patch Labs is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery confirmation by the shipping carrier.

If your package appears lost or damaged during transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly and notify Pre Patch Labs so we can assist where possible.


International Shipping

At this time, Pre Patch Labs ships only within the United States unless otherwise stated.
